Boxed Framed Rails
4 piece rail design. Pieces laser cut to insure each piece is the same and correct each and every time. Cut from 11 gauge P&O plate steel. Weld nuts welded to inside of frame rail.
4 piece rail design, all mounting nuts welded inside frame rails, front spring cross member, center cross member made of .120 wall P&O tubing, removable transmission mount, rear coil over support bar.
Perimeter frame, upper front shock towers, front panhard bracket, SBC-SBF engine mounts, Vega steering box mount, front 4 bar or hairpin mounts, manual master cylinder mount, rear panhard mount (if required), rear 4 bar mounts (triangulated or parallel). T.I.G. welded for superior strength and professional appearance.
Complete Rolling Chassis
Complete hub to hub 4" drop tube or I beam front axle, front 4 bar or hair pin, front panhard bar, cross steering complete with new Vega steering box. We use a bent pitman arm to keep the drag link parallel with the tie rod. Front GM metric disc brakes, engine mounts (SBC, SBF), manual master cylinder mount with dual master cylinder, brake pedal, rear 4 bar (triangulated or parallel), new 9" Ford housing with axles (28 or 31 spline), 10" drum brakes and open 3rd member (any gear ratio), rear adjustable Aldan coil over shocks, rear panhard bar (if required), rear 1 1/2" spreader bar. Available Hi Boy or full fender, both have all required mounting nuts welded inside the frame rails.
